ASMI is proud to recognize two members of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) leadership team for completing FEMA’s Vanguard Executive Crisis Leaders Fellowship Program. IAEM Executive Director Nicole Blankenship, CAE, and IAEM-USA President Josh Morton, CEM, both completed this distinguished program.
The Vanguard Fellowship Program brings together experienced crisis leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities, exchange perspectives, and build relationships with peers across disciplines. Participants can learn from fellow leaders and explore approaches to navigating complex challenges.
IAEM supports emergency management professionals through education, professional development, networking and resources that help strengthen the profession. Having both the association’s executive director and IAEM-USA president complete this fellowship highlights their commitment to leadership development and the continued advancement of emergency management.
