Senior Account Executive – chief staff executive for a globally recognized non-profit
This is a rare opportunity for a senior association management professional to oversee a talented staff team of 12–14 employees and manage the operations of IAEM, a 501(c)(3) organization with 5,500 members and an annual budget of $3 million. The successful candidate will serve as the chief staff executive responsible for delivering strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining fiscal health, and supporting a committed volunteer leadership structure. Communications strategy is a particular area of emphasis. The employee may lend talent to other ASMI clients as capability and efficiency warrant.
