With a decade of experience in association leadership and emergency management, Chelsea serves as assistant executive director for the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), where she oversees the staff team and manages governance, strategic planning, and the annual budget process. Chelsea has worked in all areas of IAEM’s scope, during which she led AMS and website implementations, built volunteer and professional development programs, improved the Certification program, and supported federal grant budget development.
The CAE certification, administered by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), signifies mastery of association management principles, ethics, and best practices. It is recognized globally as a symbol of competence and commitment to the highest standard in our industry.
