Natalie Hursey
Program Coordinator
Natalie Hursey is the senior development specialist for the American Trauma Society. She focuses on building long-term donor relationships, driving fundraising efforts, and mentoring team members. Her key responsibilities include communication, coordinating campaigns and events, writing proposals and reports, maintaining the ATS donor database, and collaborating with the ATS executive director on corporate sponsorships.
Most recently, Natalie served as the assistant director of major gifts for the MD Anderson Cancer Center. In that role, she cultivated relationships with high-net-worth donors, fostering trust and advancing strategic goals for cancer research, patient care, and education. Previously, she was the director of development for the Houston Area Women’s Center, development manager for NPH USA, and volunteer coordinator for education for the Children Foundation.
Natalie earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Bemidji State University. She is an exceptional public speaker, proficient in Spanish, and experienced with various CRM, event planning, marketing, and administrative programs.
