Kelsey produces meetings for IAEM, NASEMSO, NHSA, and PEMA, as well as some smaller meetings for other clients. Kelsey is involved in site selection; facility negotiations; program planning, including budget development and reconciliation; meeting execution and venue coordination; offsite events; onsite staffing; and follow-up.

Since 2023, Kelsey has held various positions, including senior meetings manager at the Parthenon Management Group, where she developed and managed event budgets exceeding $1M and provided forecasting, reconciliation, and post-event analysis. She has also held roles at Nightscape (director of events and marketing), JW Marriott Nashville (marketing & communications manager), Bohan Advertising (special projects manager), and Music City Center (event & meeting coordinator).

Kelsey earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. She holds the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation.

Kelsey joined ASMI in 2026.
