Carol is a member relations coordinator working with IAEM and IBS. She is part of the IAEM Marketing Team, helping IAEM meet its goals as the EMEX exhibitor administrator. She also manages IAEM Student Chapters and provides IAEM Global Board support. Additionally, she serves as the key liaison between the Program Chair and Committee for the IBS Symposium, helping to manage the program.

Before coming to ASMI, Carol was a customer operations manager for Cornerstone Home Lending, serving as the first point of contact and account manager for prospects and customers evaluating a mortgage lender since 2017. In addition to working with clients through the mortgage process, she planned, organized, and executed company culture events and client appreciation events. Prior to this, Carol worked as a client care coordinator for Wallace & Volk Mortgage Broker and as a project manager with Google/Arvato. While with Google, she supported the migration of all global accounts to the new Google billing platform, completing the migration project ahead of schedule.

Carol earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been active in volunteer activities as the Team Mom for San Ramon Valley High School LaCrosse and Football. Carol was also the fundraising chair for the San Ramon Valley High School.

She joined ASMI in 2023.
