Albon Yowell
Accreditation & Certification Services Coordinator
Albon is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of client objectives, including customer records and application management, communications campaigns, program planning, and follow-up. Specifically, he assists the IAEM Certification Program and the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP). He also participates in event planning for both virtual and live events for ASMI clients. Since June 2022, Albon has been a front office supervisor with OTO Development and has assisted in all facets of hotel openings from new hire training to creating the foundational hotel front desk processes. Prior to working for OTO, Albon was a field service technician for Twiddy & Company Realtors solving issues guests experienced in beach rentals. He also has been a seasonal assistant tennis professional from 2017-2020 for the Two Rivers Country Club, in Williamsburg, Virginia. Albon earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management from James Madison University in May 2022. He is Cvent Supplier Network Certified, ServeSafe Food Handler trained, ServSafe Food Allergens trained, and an AllSeated certified professional. He is a member of Phi Chi Theta professional business fraternity, Club Managers Association of America, and Eta Sigma Delta Honor Society. Albon joined ASMI in 2023.
