Christine Walsh, QAS

Account Executive

Christine is the assistant director of the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP). She coordinates special projects, including EMAP’s pilot programs in the private sector, tribal, and international arenas. Christine identifies, secures support for, and implements special projects to support EMAP’s standards, accreditation and assessment activities, and strategic goals. She is the primary staff liaison to the EMAP Technical Committee and Standards Subcommittee, focusing on the development and improvement of the Emergency Management Standard, as well as to the Private Sector Committee.

She attended the University of North Texas, where she studied emergency administration and disaster planning.

Christine joined ASMI in 2017.
