Sue Prentiss, MPA, NRP, executive director of the American Trauma Society and senator for New Hampshire’s District 5, has been recognized by New Futures as the 2025 Legislator of the Year.
As a long-time paramedic and community leader, Sue has been a consistent advocate for the New Hampshire public health system at the State House. From helping block anti-vaccine policies to championing Momnibus 2.0, a critical bill that improves support for maternal mental health, she has shown up again and again for New Hampshire families.
