Office Support Assistant
Kyler delivers day-to-day facility needs, manages the ASMI mailroom and duplication department, and assists with special client projects. He maintains supply inventory and orders, coordinates client in-office food services, and much more. He is the force that makes it possible for ASMI staff to have the necessary supplies and facilities to perform their duties. Kyler joined ASMI with a wealth of customer service experience. For more than a year, he has been a server and primary trainer of new staff at Glory Days, in Burke, Virginia, where he was the 2015 Employee of the Year. Prior to his current position, he held customer service and server positions at the Hard Times Cafe in two locations from 2009-2014. He also was a stage manager for Empire in Springfield, Virginia, where he was responsible for a wide range of musical performances, and the acquisition of required equipment and consumables. Kyler earned an Associate's Degree in Political Science from Northern Virginia Community College in 2015, where he took many additional courses in computer science and IT.
