Project Manager

As a project manager, Chelsea manages the ASPR cooperative agreement for the National Association of EMS Officials (NASEMSO) to strengthen national capabilities for interfacility transport of patients with suspect or confirmed special pathogens. Chelsea is the IAEM Think Tank producer and also produces webinars for the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC) and other clients. She also assists with the IAEM Certified Emergency Manager program. Prior to coming to ASMI, she was a volunteer emergency medical technician in Radnor, Pennsylvania, and received her B.S. in biochemistry from Villanova University in 2014. In 2015, she received her M.S. in healthcare emergency management from Boston University. Chelsea joined ASMI in 2015.
